Terms of Service

planplace is early-access beta software operated by KVNW LLC. It is provided as-is while under active development — features may change, break, or be removed, and this document may be updated as the product evolves. By using planplace you accept that.

Acceptance

By signing in to or using planplace, you agree to these terms. If you are using planplace on behalf of a team or organization, you agree on its behalf.

Early access

planplace is provided on an early-access, beta basis. It may change, experience downtime, lose data, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice. There is no service level guarantee during beta.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by agents you connect over MCP. Keep your credentials and API keys secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the plans, files, and other content you submit. You grant KVNW LLC the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to upload it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to planplace or other users' data, and no uploading of malware.

Third-party services

planplace integrates with GitHub, Cloudflare, and (optionally) OpenRouter. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer & liability

planplace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KVNW LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using planplace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as planplace develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
