What we collect
- Account information from GitHub when you sign in — your name, email, avatar, and GitHub account id.
- Content you and your agents create — plans, phases, goals, checks, comments, questions, and any proof files or images you upload (screenshots, logs, videos, HTML reports).
- Integration keys you choose to add, such as an OpenRouter API key. These are stored encrypted and used only to perform the action you requested.
- Basic usage and log data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To authenticate you, store and render your plans, run the review loop, generate images when you ask, and keep the service running and secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your plan content to train models.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of processors to run planplace:
- GitHub — sign-in / OAuth.
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, and file storage.
- OpenRouter — only when you use image generation, and only with the key you provide.
Storage & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, and secrets like API keys are encrypted at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but because planplace is beta software we cannot guarantee perfect security — do not upload anything you cannot afford to lose or expose.
Retention & your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your plans and uploaded files.
